Island Mist Strawberry Lychee Traminer Wine kit: Sweet and tangy lychee fruit complements the similarly exotic Gewurztraminer, while ripe strawberries add an interesting twist to the experience. Asian inspired dishes and Szechwan spiced foods will never be the same.

Island Mist Raspberry Dragon Fruit Shiraz Wine kit: This blush wine has been given some fire of excitement with the addition of sweet dragonfruit then gently splashed with tangy cool raspberries. Light the grill and sear some spicy shrimp skewers, or prepare some Thai green curry cuisine for a night of fire and flare.

FALCONER'S FLIGHT® EXTRA IPA: Brewer's Best® continues to honor and support the legacy of Northwest brewing legend, Glen Hay Falconer.  This year's Extra IPA recipe showcases superior flavor and aromatic qualities by using two varieties of Falconer's Flight® hop blends.  Bold hop flavor is attributed to the original Falconer's Flight® pellets.  Noticeably intense floral and citrus aromas which are characteristic of all "C" hops are provided by Falconer's Flight 7C's™.  Caramel and Munich malts contribute malty sweetness to balance this Northwest-style IPA.  This is a truly unique beer to celebrate a truly unique brewer.

Oatmeal Stout: Victory malt combines with the flaked brewers oatmeal to offer a nutty yet silky character.  Dark chocolate barley adds an impression of roasted coffee.  2-row malt is included to aid in converting the oat's starches into fermentable sugars.  The selected yeast will yield a fermentation that leaves a slightly sweet character.
